Yep. Ive been accepted to a place to rent!! yay! finally.
So yeah.... it's in St Albans. And I'm intending to live there for one year. Buying a house is a hassle cos a majority of the time was just....waiting.... so we're gonna attempt to buy a place for next year.
And the other units I really like aren't available yet. So I just played the "get it quick" static.
